Sudden Freezing, Very Laggy gameplay since last patch

I have played this game for last 5 odd months. The game was running very smoothly. Suddenly since last patch.. it has become super laggy even in offline kick off mode. Very chopped gameplay as if I'm playing on 0.25x speed with constant stutters. Super annoying 😡 My pc can definitely handle much heavier games than this. But EA FC 25 has become unplayable. Need fix quickly.
