Super Fast Game Speed (Manager Career Mode)

I have the same problem (playing on PS5). I am in my second season on career mode and really enjoyed the slow and realistic pace of simulation mode so far. But two days ago the pace of the game suddenly became much faster, like in classic mode. I checked the settings in career and the main menu and saved them again. I restarted the game offline and then the pace was realistic and slow again... until the 70th minute or so ☹️

I guess this has something to do with the newest update. To be honest, this is really frustrating. Simulation mode has been the best invention of ea fc (former fifa) for years, and since PES has destroyed itself I was thrilled to finally play a game again that was not only for arcade players. But with every update I feared that EA would turn something good into bad. The fun lasted only for a few months...

Have you been able to get it fixed? I have the same issue. The game is sooo fast that it seems sometimes the player animations can't keep up with the game speed and it looks like they are sliding on rails. Agility reaction time is lightning fast now and makes no sense.

I haven't. When I start the game not signed in in EA and choose Simulation Mode in the main menu in Career Mode, it works for around two games and then it gets fast again.

@ EA: Don't you have an answer for that? Seriously...
