Technical Issue with Player Evolution – FC 25

I am writing to report a technical issue I encountered in FC 25 related to the player evolution feature. After selecting a cosmetic item during a player evolution process, the upgrade was not applied...

Ms104204​  There are so many rewards and cosmetic evos out there. Which evolution are you referring to here? What were you expecting from that evolution and what actually happened? If you can provide more details, then someone from the community might be able to help you with this.

    I received the "Quick Step" PlayStyle+ after achieving 10 goals with a player whose shot power is 99. I applied this PlayStyle+ to my player Fermin , but it has completely disappeared from him.

      Ms104204​ This quick step+ evo has a max upgrade limit of 4 (highlighted in image below). Since your card already has 4 PS+, it has reached this limit. Hence, you didn't receive a quick step+ (i.e. 5th PS+).
