The game continued while on pause on Career Mode

I was playing career mode, and was leading 1-0 at half-time. I pressed resume match and paused immediately as I forgot to do a substitution. When I resumed again the screen was black with only the radar showing. I saw my opponent had the ball and scored. I paused and saw the time was at 50 minutes and the score was 1-2.

Useless game.
