The game did not count as played

I was playing Fut Champions qualifying phase, and I was doing the become immortal objectives and you have to play 5 games, I was disconnected from one of the games and ended up doing 4-1 in qualifying, but it didn't count as the 5th game of the objective. And now I can't rescue the evolution at all to put on my immortal and worst of all I made the sbc of the immortality evolution to put on the player and this problem occurred. I don't ask for it to count as a victory, I just ask that it count as a game made to do the 5/5 games of the objective and rescue evo 91 to 92.

Now the objective ends in 3 days and i can't play any futchampions in 3 days. 

I would like for you to help i just want the objective done i dont wont any win at all just the game to count as played.
