Kindly check the attached video as this happens to me for the past 3 months. I redownloaded the game several times and the same issue happens when I start open FC25 so kindly I need to play again as this why I Pay for EA Play pro.

I'm sorry to hear you've been having issues to play EA FC 25. I checked the video and it seems that the game is not loading up the main menu after you're selecting the personal settings file, is that correct? Does the game crash after that? If yes, do you see any error messages after the crash?
same problem here, game is not crushing, is like the screen is not loading, it just gives this flat colored screens, you can hear the sound under and select but cannot see what you are actually selecting
Community ManagerRight at the start after launching the game you're prompted to select the Personal Settings file, in your video this file is called "Iveee". Can you please try deleting that by pressing "S" and then creating a new file?
