After a bit of research on the forums, I came across a case where the author had a similar issue. In the discussion, it was suggested to delete the files from the settings directory: C:/Users/*your-username*/AppData/Local/EA SPORTS FC 25/settings. This solution worked for me because I only play Seasons, but it might not work for you — so proceed with caution. Make sure to back up the contents of the settings folder elsewhere, then verify or repair the game files, launch the game, and create a new profile.
