How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just by pressing clubs on the menu
What happens when the bug occurs? When I try logging into clubs, it says ‘There was a problem getting online information’ and I don’t know what to do
What should be happening instead? I should just be able to log into clubs

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? We can’t, you EA need to fix it
What happens when the bug occurs? I can’t play pro clubs because of it
What should be happening instead?
Pro clubs doesn’t load - it says there was a problem getting your online information.
Fix soon or I’m issuing a formal complaint expecting compensation
