• when joint leagues for pro clubs, please try to fix this bug just bought this Xbox and also bought the game for $63, should decibel try be able to play freely without any weird bugs.

No problem. I am glad I can help. I was losing my mind trying to figure out how to avoid restarting after every single match. My friends were waiting for me longer than we were playing the game some nights..

Your workaround does work, it makes playing clubs a bit more enjoying, so thank you for sharing this.

Same issues keep going i just open case on help.ea and talked with some workers on help center, they suggest to me to do their technical troubleshooting steps, i did it but not worked

Issue not fixed, can’t play back to back league games. Have to restart after every match, redownload and repairing the game doesn’t help

I am having issues with this in February of 2025, EA refuses to fix this. Super annoying to restart my game every single match.

This was not fixed. Still can never play a clubs game back to back without restarting.

This is a game breaking bug and honestly in my eyes it is unacceptable that after multiple updates and comments, and threads they haven't figured it out. Idk if they care to. They're probably already working on the new one or too busy with UT...

I have a workaround. Go to the main menu and go into your settings. Change the language. At first it will say it couldn't connect but it does. Give it a few seconds. Once it does connect it will again say it couldn't connect. 
Change back to English, wait a few moments and again and let it do its thing. It will reconnect and you should be able to go into clubs without restarting. 

I just bought the game and encountered this problem. The fact that this problem, which has been known for 4 months and discussed on different forums, has not been resolved yet shows that the company does not value its customers at all. I hope you will fix the necessary work before your new game comes out.

is this the issue where every time you finish a pro clubs match it brings you to the loading tunnel where the match lobby/squad screen should appear, but instead it just loads on the corridor for a few minutes before saying 'there was a problem getting your online information please try again?'

It's been happening to me for months but now it is EVERY SINGLE GAME. I have been doing 'verify integrity of installed files' via steam several and every time it will say '3 files failed to validate and will be reacquired.'. So I clear my download cache on steam and then re-validate and it will say all 306 files were successfully validated. But then the same issue persists.

I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling and repairing the EA anti-cheat and that doesn't work. 

Strangely if I join clubs on my own (no one else online/in lobby) and then leave the lobby and rejoin it allows me to do that without issue. But if people are online with me and then I try that it gives me the error message again. Say for example I leave the lobby to change my pro or something.

So now I'm at a stage where for about 3+ months I have had to restart my game countless times just to continue playing pro clubs. And now if I want to play 5 matches in a night with some friends I have to restart the game every single time.

Honestly it is embarrassing the issue hasn't been fixed yet, there doesn't seem to be any working solution to it. All I can think is that it's somehow people's EA online pro profiles have been corrupted or something like that because it's only me out of 3 or 4 people I play with that has the issue but it affects us all as they have to wait for me to restart every time. I might even try deleting my pro clubs online profile to see if a fresh one has the issue. I've seen on reddit others who have started with a totally fresh EA ID have not encountered the error but on their normal profile the issue keeps occuring.
