This EA Account is restricted from accessing any online features.

I just downloaded the fc 25 showcase and its saying this EA Account is restricted from accessing any online features. I don't know what happened since I just downloaded the EA App and fc 25 showcase

you might be banned i don't know what happened to the Ea account because I just downloaded the app and fc25.
