also, to double-check, you are both sure to be logged in with the correct EA account into your EA app that is linked to your Steam account?
You can confirm that in your account setting that the correct account is linked: https://account.origin.com/cp-ui/connectaccounts/index
Could you also try uninstalling the game everywhere else and launching it directly via the EA app, if that works?
I also have the same problem and I also cannot play. I've tried to clear my ea cache, reinstall, only launch from EA, turning off my login verification and nothing has worked. The 7 days of pre-release is almost over and I haven't been able to play once.

I have the same issue. Bought ultimate edition on ea play and I can’t connect at all tried multiple solutions it’s been 5 days now

@gerryadams788888 Have you tried all the steps mentioned here, like uninstalling it everywhere and launching it directly via the EA app? Also making sure your correct accounts are linked? - 2 years ago
@EA_Vendcera any updates on this issue? The game fully released and I still cannot play, pre-release week is over and ultimate edition is wasted.

Can someone explain what can I do more to contact EA to make this game playable? Can I call them? Can I email them? Can I do something more? I will not stop until I have the game playable online.
