@hack2s I'm currently still collecting some further examples for the investigation. It seems like a pretty obscure issue that only very few players are experiencing, like this thread shows.

@EA_Vendcera i tried signing in from another a different device connected to a different wifi and it stills says the same thing. Is this an account issue then?
