This EA Account is restricted from accessing any online features.

I found the solution from EA24 technical post. People were having the same issue last year.

I fixed the issue by buying eaplay and using the 10 hours trial to open the game. The connection to EA server works on that way.

After that when you re-launch the game in the normal way in steam, you will be able to connect to the EA server.

The issue was happening last year and the bug was still there this year. We paid for extra money for the early access on the game and not be able to play the game for a month. And now like EA is not giving response to this, and we even need to pay for extra money for EAPlay to fix this.

You better give the user resposne to this EA. We definitely need compensation.
