Hi again sir i just have one more question so i made an appeal support emailed me back and asked me to send them a code that i received in my email so i just reply straight in the email because i did so and nobody answered me back yet. On my cases it says waiting on player but i have replied to the email   is there any other way i have to give them the code ?

      I also have the same problem first account restricted and now ea cannot connect to servers

        @nfred291 just checked my ban status and there is no ban in the ban history
