this ea account is restricted from accessing any online features

"this ea account is restricted from accessing any online features if you believe you have received this message in error please contact customer support. please check ea.com/unable-to-connect for more information." This is the message i get after i did the last 2.8 gb update today 

firstly i think i got the update on steam later than any other player because i was seeing everyone complaining about the servers 10 - 12 hours ago while i got the update around an hour prior of this post so after i did the update the above message was shown when tried to get in game again.  I went to check if i have gotten banned but nothing on the ea website. 

Ps 1 hour before i get the update i was playing the game just fine. 

I've already submitted a request on ea and waiting on that as well.. 

I didn't get any email saying that i got any kind of ban.

    I had the same problem with apex in January and couldn’t play i hard reset my pc and downloaded apex again and it’s working now. Maybe hard reset will work again but I don’t want to risk it now

    I am only using the fc 25 showcase if they dont fix it right away im not buying the game. WHAT A WASTE!

    @Skyeeiss i have Ultimate edtion and i have this error and i can t play,my money are gone,everytime they say it will solve it but nothing,i m not banned aswell,i am tired making so many cases and sending email,nothing happens,i have this problem since 5dec nothing happend new to my account so,waste of money this year,i played a lot of fifas but never got this error

    @Skyeeiss well the game worked until one day but if you want to play or something you can try buying the game

    @GamaRTG I'm not buying a game that would waste my money bro, the showcase is not working so I'm assuming that if i buy the game it will still not work.
