That error should resolve itself in 24hrs or so, try again after that period has passed.

I think I already told you that I have waited 24 hours. Its been more than 45 hours since I have bought the game and I still have the same issue. Do not send me bot messages thx 🙂

    I am still having the issue, nobody played the game, i just opened my ea, epic games in this computer, no any computers have accesed the game since last week but nothing happens.
