TOTW upgrade SBC bug

I’ve tried to do the TOTW upgrade sbc on multiple occasions on PS5 And after submitting it I get an error which reads “There was an error communicating with football ultimate team servers. Please try again” I have restarted my console and still does the same. Has anyone else had this problem?
