Tournament error

I have the game EA FC 25 and noticed there are PlayStation Tournaments. I thought about trying them since the prizes and rewards seemed enticing. However, every time I try to join, a message appears on my PS5 saying: “Can’t load / Something went wrong,” accompanied by an error code WS-115665-4, which I couldn’t find any information about.

I’m looking for any information or solutions to resolve this issue. I can play all other aspects of the game just fine, whether it’s Ultimate Team, Seasons, or anything else. The problem is only with PlayStation Tournaments.
