Transfer Market Access On Pc Not Working!

 EA FC Support, I previously reached out regarding my transfer market being locked, and it has now been over two and a half months without any resolution. Despite waiting patiently and following all necessary steps, my access remains restricted.  I would appreciate any guidance on what steps I need to take or if there is a timeline for resolving this issue.

ALSO, DID THE UT FOUNDATIONS OBJECTIVE 2 MONTHS AGO STILL NO TRANSFER MARKET NEITHER IN GAME OR WEB APP
