I packed gold van de ven today, i were surprised why i didn't get his uel card. Is the promo not active anymore , could i get some help

Dameon Tools error
As in the attachment, the game refuses to start due to daemon tools running at the same time... I do not have daemon tools. I have rewasd. But anyways i disable it's processes and even then the game...
