Unable to communicate with servers on clubs mathes

ea please .me and my friends are playing clubs together,every time we play rush or drop in after the match the server gets disconnected and goes back to main menu.the problem is the match which i won and rewarded points are not credited like coins and xp or skillpoint,i have played about 20 matches in past 3 days and we are so pissed that we havent acheived anything.please fix your broken  game. I know that your going to repeat the same stuff following next september. gosh y do i buy this game
