Hi guys
I have this issue when i try to open the game. The screen shows: *SL_MoreThanOneDevicePopup on PS5 EAFC25. It does not allow me to pass through this message. This issue happen when i played eafc 25, back to main menu of ps5, to close the game (Because I lost an important final in my manager career).
While looking at previous thread, i have attempted to:
- Clear Cache on PS5 Safe Mode
- Rebuild Database on Ps5 Safe Mode
- Delete my user, add back, and redownload the saved data
- Turn off the ps5 and unplug the power cord for 20 minutes.
All not working, pls let me know if this can be fix, else i want to request a refund.

@sk_ker21 Have you tried to reset your EA account password and ensure you're fully logged out of the companion app?
