Unable to launch FC25 - SL_MoreThanOneDevicePopup

Hi guys

I have this issue when i try to open the game. The screen shows: *SL_MoreThanOneDevicePopup on PS5 EAFC25. It does not allow me to pass through this message. This issue happen when i played eafc 25, back to main menu of ps5, to close the game (Because I lost an important final in my manager career).

While looking at previous thread, i have attempted to：

1. Clear Cache on PS5 Safe Mode
2. Rebuild Database on Ps5 Safe Mode
3. Delete my user, add back, and redownload the saved data
4. Turn off the ps5 and unplug the power cord for 20 minutes.

All not working, pls let me know if this can be fix, else i want to request a refund.
