Unable to play EAFC25 due to age restrictions

My 14 year old pre-ordered EAFC 25 on his PS4 account.  The game was installed but he is unable to play.  He paid extra for the Ultimate Edition.  He keeps getting the following message; "Online ser...

    Play well on PS5 and got the message on PS4
