Well, I tried a complete factory reset and it worked. I deleted everything—games, profiles, everything. This was the first game I downloaded, and at launch, everything seemed fine. It’s still fine after two days without any problems. If you have the same issue and can’t fix it with the factory reset, maybe you should consider getting a new console, unfortunately.
