Unfair Ban

Question

Hi EA Community,I was recently banned from FOOTBALL SOCCER on 28 March 2025 at 4:42 AM UTC, and I received no specific reason — the ban type just states "Ban" and the status is "Active."I’m genuinely confused, as I did nothing that would violate the game’s terms of service or community guidelines. Everything happened all of a sudden, and I would appreciate any clarification or help from the community or support staff.Has anyone else experienced a similar issue? Is this a common bug or system error?I’ve already submitted a dispute, but any advice or support would be appreciated while I wait for a response.Thanks in advance!

Just to add — while this ban is being reviewed, I’m losing access to a lot of content I’ve spent time and possibly money on. That includes progress, rewards, and time-sensitive content I won’t be able to recover later.

It’s really frustrating that there’s no clear reason given, and the longer this takes, the more I lose — which doesn’t feel fair at all. I hope this can be addressed quickly.

Hi there. We're not able to help with bans over the EA Forums. Since you've submitted a dispute already, you'll just have to wait until the investigation completes. ToS will email you when that happens. Thanks!

Do you have info on what the approx time window is for when these get "fixed"? 24 hours? 2 weeks?

Normally, you have a response within a few days. There is no guarantee a dispute is going to result in an overturned ban though.
