"unfair ban"

I got banned for cheating but I never cheated in any way. It says that I got the ban on the 10th of May but I was nt even home, I was on a holiday in greece. I contested the ban, how long will it take them to unban me? And what if they don't believe me? How long will it take?    "not because of this ban" I was thinking of not buying next fifa games anymore. In this fc25 I got so many problems, game errors, ... not worth spending that much on a game that has that many bugs.
