unfairly banned

Hello, I was shocked by the e-mail I received last night. I was unfairly banned even though I did not cheat at all and I cannot play the game. There is a huge mistake. Please help. You can review my ...

    Hi MrCyber35,

    We can't check this out for you from the forums but our Terms of Service team can take a look. Please fill out the webform to send in an appeal to that team if you believe a ban was added by mistake. 

    They'll email you back once the investigation wraps up, so keep an eye on your inbox (and spam/junk folders; sometimes, emails can be routed through to those).

I had the same problem. and when I saw this thread, my concerns increased a lot. and I am sure that even if our ban is lifted, this injustice done to us will not be compensated in any way and our time will be wasted.
