UT Backline Boss intercept + issue

I want to do the Backline Boss evo on a CB with intercept + to also get anticipate +. When I preview this the intercept + disappears. This happens on every player card I try but only with intercept +. The two side icons exist but the gold + is now silver.  Anyone else experienced it, tried it and know if its actually downgrades intercept + or Is this purely a visual glitch?
