Very High Ping issue on FC 25

I play normally with 2-6ms ping in Singapore server and after the latest patch since Friday My Ping is very high as 200+ ms and cannot playable. Even though I connect my ps5 with lan cable and I did all possible things with My internet and Router. Can U kindly check for me
