when i launch my game i get a message saying :this software cannot be used at the same time as the game please make sure its not running or restart your pc:Virtual Controller" ive seen people say to ...

    Please make sure to close all background applications before you launch the game. Make sure to check if you don't have any other software that can be used to modify controller settings.

    cant i use ds4 windows ? because i get the same error, 
    if so how can i  connect my ps4 to pc and play without any errors?
