vitrual controller error

I connect my dualshock4 to the computer with ds4 windows.

I have been using Fc25 without any errors since the beginning. However, after the last update, I started getting a 'virtual controller' error. I followed the forum but could not find a solution. I would be very happy if you could help. I cannot play the game. Thank you.

Hey @yuruyenconiii ,

If you're experiencing issues with the virtual controller software you're using, we can only advise you to disable it before launching the game. Additionally, connect your controller directly to the USB port and try running the game without any additional software. The current Windows instalments provide controller support.
