Community ManagerHey gotu797 Have you already tried deleting the existing settings folder from this location: C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\EA SPORTS FC 25 (*App Data is usually a hidden folder so it can be changed from the View dropdown.) in case the old one got damaged somehow?
