Community ManagerCan you please share your DxDiag report with us so we could check what else could be causing this issue?
Also close any other programs running in the background or run your PC in clean boot mode. Delete the Personal Settings 1 profile after launching the game.
If this issue is the same as mine, we can see the personal settings file, select that using controller and then the issue comes up
