where are the TOS team
I just found out I got banned from FC 25 in February 2025 — but guess what? I bought the game in June 2025. So how the hell was I banned from a game I didn’t even own at the time?
Oh, and it gets better. My EA account was hacked around February. I contacted support, went through the painful process, and finally got it back. The hacker clearly messed with my account, probably cheated or something, and now I’m the one banned?
What kind of clown logic is this? I’ve been trying to raise a dispute for ages — sent emails, opened tickets, waited like a **bleep** — and no reply. Just silence. No explanation. No resolution. Nothing.
Where are those motherprayers who are supposed to be handling this? Do they even read cases? Or do they just blindly throw bans and disappear?
This is the most ridiculous experience I’ve had with a game company. You let someone hijack my account, then punish me, and then completely ghost me when I try to fix it?
