Why are fouls not counting, passes seem clunky and while playing advantage can'

So many issues with fc25 currently I feel. This makes the game not enjoyable and rather frustrating. There a still a bias of one player per game whether they get away with fouls , play players offside with no ref intervention.

Pace why are defenders with very low pace keeping up with strikers or cams with way more pace than them,  we see games in real life where this happens which is game changing . If someone is using a slow defender sure they may have better defending but that is instead of pace. That would be realistic and tackling to then just lose the ball straight away bearing in mind the player in possession is stronger that the opposing player.
