why do i get kicked ouy of the game when i get a penalty?

 the last 5-6 times i have been awarded a penalty in division rivals, i get kicked out of the game. it's really annoying because i lose my x2 streak and get a loss. ive been stuck on the last game to div 4 for a while, and you can imagine how angry i got when i was 3-1 up and got a penalty in the 80'th minuite and disconected.i dont have any other connection problems, i have basicly never disconeccted exept for when I get a penalty.
