Why does it say Your account is restricted?

Could anyone tell me i just want to try out the new fc25 trial and everytime i have tried to log on It says Your account is restricted from the Ea servers? Is there any problems or Do i need somethin...

Hey yes I do have showcase and i am very confused as i am not able to do anything even with showcase , Could you please help me on this ? Thank you

    When does this message show up? Right after launching the game or when selecting a specific game mode?
