why haven’t i received my ea fc 25 pre order rewards?
Hey i pre ordered EAFC 25 ultimate edition on another account on my playstation on accident and no one uses that account. So then i go to my main account where i thought the pre order stuff would be there and it’s not there at all because it’s on the account i bought it on and not my main account. is there any possible way where i can transfer the pre order rewards from one account to another?

On EA' side, it's definitely not possible to transfer console entitlement from one EA account to another.
If you are 100%, you made the purchase on the wrong PSN account, here's how to refund a purchase in PlayStation Store: https://www.playstation.com/en-us/support/store/ps-store-refund-request/
Once it's done, you can make a a new purchase on the right account.
