won a game in pens and it didn’t count, instead of rank 4 rewards i got rank 5.

basically this saturday i was playing futchamps, i tied with someone and it went to penalties but after i won in penalties the game paused for mad long, maybe if i was counting a full 2-3 minutes and it did count as a win on my screen but when i backed out of the game at the end it shows it counted as a loss. very weird and was wondering if this has happened to anyone else, i wonder if the person left right after the penalty shootout ended and that glitched my game. i have a picture below of the new season that literally shows i got 10 wins
