Wrongful ban on ea fc25 EC:10901

I played pro clubs for only 5 hours with the 10 hour trial version of EA FC 25 on game pass and the next day the game came to game pass and when I logged in I realized I was banned. When I looked at the forum it is not just a problem with me it is a problem with many people despite this they said there was nothing wrong with the e-mail I received. I do not have any software related to EA FC 25 on my computer. If there is a technology that can watch my game replays you can understand that I am not cheating. I only logged in to the game once how could I have cheated.

    I think EA should do better at  their customer services  well.  i have been wrongfully ban from fc 25 and all online games as at 31st July  Thursday 2025  .i sent an appeal i have since not gotten a reply or any feed back.

    you don't have any system, you verify everything "crazy", you ban innocent people and you can't do anything about those who have been cheating for years because there is "no system"!!!!!
