I got wrongfully 7 day ban for not doing anything. I need help I contacted ea support and no help.

I did do that and got no response is there any other contact I can use?

Apologies, but at the moment, the only way to contact the Terms of Service team is to fill out the web form. It can take a few days to hear back from them. In the same guide I linked, they say to expect an email about your case within 10 days, potentially longer, but honestly, it's rare it takes that long as they aim to respond as quickly as possible to each case. If you still haven't heard back after a few more days, please try resubmitting the form.
