There are a couple of steps you can try to fix this:
- Double-check to see if your EA and Xbox accounts are properly linked: Go to the Connected Accounts tab in your EA Account settings.
- Enable two-factor authentication on your EA account.
- Clear Your Xbox Cache: Power off your Xbox completely > Unplug it for 30 seconds > Plug it back in and restart.
