Xbox One playing FC25, unable to see opponent ID for online matching

This problem only occurred on Xbox FC 25, and it has been going on for a long time since September 20th, about a month, seriously affecting the experience of Xbox players. He performed on FIFA 23 FC 24, but this problem appeared on Xbox FC 25.
