Xbox One playing FC25, unable to see opponent ID for online matching

I have discovered a technical issue with FC25, where when playing FC25 on Xbox One and XS and matching DR online, I cannot see the opponent's ID after matching them. It can be seen on the PS5, but not at all on the Xbox. I used to be able to see it all, but I don't know why FC25 can't see it. This has caused my friend and I to want to play together, but we have no choice because after matching, we don't know if the other person is my own friend

same problem..have the issue still there for you? and does this get fixed?because im new xbox player and came from ps..when this is going to get fixed.

Before starting the FC 25 Division Rivals game on Xbox One, the opponent's ID could not be seen, but it was normal on PS4 and PS5, and FC 24 and FIFA23 were also completely normal on Xbox.
