Xbox One says this game isn't compatible

I bought fc 25 on xbox one and tried to download xbox one version of fc 25 but I got an error saying the game isn't compatible for xbox one. I told the situation to microsoft support and they said I'm right and they refunded the game. I want to buy it again please someone help me to fix the problem. I also tried to reach ea support but they didn't answer my problem and marked it as solved???

(My xbox language is turkish, I just added the English version from another person in case you want to see what the error says)
