xbox series x audio glitches and game crash

comentary on game and all voices begin to glitch and heavily distort, no visual glitches or frame drops whatsoever, this is followed by a game freeze and chash.

i have already uninstalled and reinstalled the fame several times and did a console recovery and the game keeps crashing, this also happens with stalker 2, but not other games, i checked cables and the tv for posible outher influences but they seem to be working just fine.
