Community ManagerThank you. Are you connected by cable to your router? Since this is happening randomly during the game, are there any other devices connected to the same router that could affect bandwidth while you are playing?
I had this issue what worked for me was changing the DNS to 1.1.1.1
For some reason the default dns isn’t very reliable
Go to network settings then DNS, change that to manual and enter 1.1.1.1 for main and secondary. After doing that I had no more issues trying to sign into EA or loading into clubs. Before I would get an error message every time
