Your game failed to launch An error on our end caused your launch to fail

Hello everyone. i have been having this problem for a while. Please help me if you can. I have tried all the methods but nothing worked. I paid for this game but I can't log in.

Hi there, 

I'm sorry to hear you've been unable to launch EA FC 25. You mentioned that you tried many troubleshooting steps to no avail. Could you please let us know which steps you've tried so far so we don't suggest the same steps again?

Hello, I watched and followed all the steps on YouTube, but it didn't work. I even deleted the game and reinstalled it, deleted EA, and reinstalled it, but it didn't work. I don't know what to do. Please help me. I love this game.
