Ultimate Team Transfer Market Connections Bug

Lately, I placed a bid on B. Sliva and win it successfully, then I have to claim it in Transfer Targets. Unfortunately, it shows that "Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the Main Menu." when I turn to the Targets menu. Meanwhile, all the functions other than it are available. Connection isn't the problem definitely. Anyone can solve my problems? Thx.
