online connection

Hello, I've had a problem lately that I can't play from my internet but when I switch to another one I can play normally. To describe my situation in more detail, I connect to the server and when I choose my outfits, the standard screen appears, only instead of my coat of arms there are both Aresenal ones, it does not show the squad and kicks me out to the main lobby.
